July 21 After breakfast, begin half day of sightseeing
with a visit to the Royal Castle area. See Gellert
Hill and Fisherman’s Bastion; and a visit to
Hero’s Square with the Millennium Monument.

July 22 Half Day tour of the Great Dohany Synagogue
and Museum within the synagogue, the Jewish Memorial
Cemetery and the Weeping Willow Monument. Balance
of day at leisure. B
July 23 Journey outside of Budapest to Visegrad
and visit the former Royal Palace. Later visit the
town of Szentendre and wonder through the scenic
village. B
July 24 Depart for Vienna. Start your touring with
an entrance to the Synagogue and later visit to the
Memorial of the Victums in the Austrian Resistance
Movement. B
July 25 After breakfast, you will take a guided
tour of the Jewish Museum and Judenplatz. Later visit
the Hofburg Silberkammer (Imperial Silver and Porcelain
Collection in the Imperial Apartment at the Schonbrunn
Palace where you will see the highlights. B,D
July 26 Today it is a half day of touring with an
entrance to the St. Stephen’s Catherdral. Later
visit Belvedere Palace. Balance of day at leisure.

July 27 Following breakfast, departure for Prague.
In the afternoon, it is a visit to the Castle Area,
Old Royal Palace, Golden Lane and
Daliborka, St. George’s Basilica and St. Vitus
Cathedral and concluding with a visit to the Charles

July 28 Excursion to Terezin Concentration Camp

July 29 Tour of the Old Jewish Quarter including
the Jewish Cemetery and Museum, the Alta-Neu Synagogue.

July 30 BERLIN OPTION BEGINS: Transfer to train
for Berlin. B,D
July 31 Full day of touring which will include a
visit to the Brandenburg Gate, the Kaiser Wilhelm
Gedachtniskirche and the Glass Dom of the Parliament
Building. You will enter the New Synagogue and view
the permanent exhibition at the Centrum Judaicum.
Later you will view the Wall Memorial (ruins of Berlin
Wall), between Invalidenstrasse and Bernauer Strasse.
Also a visit to the German Resistance Memorial (Gedenkstaette
Deutscher Widerstand). B
August 1 Half day of sightseeing with a visit to
the Holocaust Memorial (field of Stalae) and an entrance
to the Jewish Museum. B
August 2 Sad it is now time to return to the USA.
